Food+Shelter+Success is pleased to offer phone advising sessions for students who are experiencing financial difficulties. SF State has a number of resources that may be helpful for students struggling to make ends meet. After submitting your information, we will e-mail you a confirmation letter with the time that you can expect a call.

CalFresh provides qualified applicants with free money for food each month! This workshop provides an overview of CalFresh, program eligibility requirements, information about what to expect when applying, and tip and tricks for success. Students are provided Q&A time as well as connection to other free food resources.

Do you have a group of students who would like support applying for CalFresh? Request this CalFresh application assistance workshop for your class, organization or department. Students will be lead step-by-step through the CalFresh application and will be provided support gathering verification documents and tips for success.
