Aligning with our values of housing justice, transparency, and trauma-informed practice, it’s important that the FSS team announce that we are at limited operations due to recent staff transitions. Long-term housing case management operations are on pause temporarily until our infrastructure can support the full needs of our students. The Food+Shelter+Success team is currently prioritizing action planning, evaluation, and staff hiring in order to return to programming that centers our unhoused and imminently unhoused students as soon as possible.
Staff and Faculty may access support, consultation, or collaboration by reaching out to dos@sfsu.edu and basicneeds@sfsu.edu.
Currently, FSS services on pause include:
- Gator Crisis Housing
- Emergency Hotel Stay
- Problem-solving
- Rapid Rehousing
